This option is more suitable for those who have a little more fitness experience, but desire a professionally
designed training program and instruction on proper execution of the program. Suitable both for people who are
looking for their first professionally designed program, those who advance from their current training or those who
are experiencing performance plateaus.

Smart Start
Ideal for those who have a clear fitness goal, can train on their own, but want a professionally designed
program and professional instruction on how to execute their program. If you have the drive to train on your own,
but want to ensure you're on the right path and not wasting your time and money, you should consider this option.

METROFIT
Tackle the urban jungle in style. Metrofit is ideal for those who want feel great, but are equally interested in looking good. The focus is body shaping and functional fitness. Boxacise is the boxing oriented group fitness curriculum that develops your fitness while tacfully introducing you to the finer points

COMBAT CONDITIONING
This is a moderate to advanced program designed to introduce the acquainted fitness person to the world of combative fitness. Developed

WARRIOR BODY CULTURE

HARD TARGET
Learn the fundamentals of self-defense, develop all aspects of your fitness and burn calories at the same time. Ideal for those who

MARTIAL KINETICS
This is for those who want to focus on mastering the art of hand to hand combat. As the name implies, this is the study and the

COMBAT KIDZ
A practical martial arts health and fitness program for juniors between ages 6 and 12. The course concentrates on developing balance,
coordination, speed and endurance. Combat Kidz is not meant to be a substitute for regular martial arts training, but is intended to boost
each child's performance according to their individual needs.
